Our Tuesdays and Thursdays are quality training with a focus on different types of long & short intervals.
Suitable for all level athletes age 14 years and older with a focus on a gradual development to high-level performance.
3:45 - 4:00 pm warm-up
4:00 - 4:10 pm drills & strides
4:15 pm start of the main set
4:50 - 5:00 pm: cool down
5:00 - 5:10 pm: stretching & core
Athletes with years of experiences and who are able to run 1500m under 5 minutes and 5000m under 18 minutes, please contact me to discuss joining our high-performance group training on
Tue & Thu from 5:15 pm until 6:30/6:45 pm.

Wednesday skills sessions are beneficial to athletes of all levels who want to improve their running dynamics, running posture, cadence, coordination and balance.
Wednesdays running skills sessions are FREE for all. Booking is essential.
Prices are excluding venue fees such as swimming pool entry or track access.
